PERCY L. LeMAY

Built in 1974, by LeMay Barge and Supply Incorporated of Greenville, Mississippi (hull #330) as the Percy L. LeMay for Law Towing Services Incorporated of Greenville, Mississippi.

In 1986, the tug was acquired by the Sabine Transportation Company of Port Arthur, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Athena.

In 1998, she was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2021, the tug was phased out active service and was "laid up" at Houston, Texas.
Powered by two, GM 8-645E2 diesel engines. She was a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,900 horsepower.
