In 1990, the Belcher Towing Company was acquired by the Coastal Tug and Barge Company of Miami, Florida. Where she was renamed as the Coastal Key West.
In 2009, she was acquired by Transmontaigne Product Carriers Incorporated of Denver, Colorado. Where she was renamed as the Key West.
In 2009, the tug was acquired by Teppco Marine Services of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2009, she was acquired by Enterprise Marine Services of San Antonio, Texas. Where she retained her name.
In 2011, the tug was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where she retained her name.
In 2016, she was acquired by an undisclosed interest in Freeport, Bahamas. Where the tug retained her name.
