In 1995, the tug was acquired by Hollywood Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Marcia Lynn.

In 1998, she was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where the tug was retained her name.

In 2020, the tug was sold and renamed as the James Edwin.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA19-M3 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 7:1. She is a twin screw, towboat, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
