In 2010, the vessel was acquired by the Foss Maritime Company subsidiary. Gulf Caribe Maritime Incorporated of Mobile, Alabama. Where she was renamed as the Caribe Horizon.
In 2015, she was transferred back to Foss Marine Holdings of Seattle, Washington. Where the vessel retained her name.
In 2015, the vessel was acquired by Marine Express Incorporated of Walnut Creek, California. Where she was renamed as the Rylan Jade.
She is a twin screw crew boat, rated at 1,500 horsepower. The vessel is certified for twenty-one passengers, and, for five tons of deck cargo capacity. But limited to 2.5(ft) above the center of gravity. With a 30(ft) by 13(in) deck space. And a 1,100 gallon fuel capacity.
