In 2002, the tug was acquired by the Moran Towing Corporation of New Canaan, Connecticut. Where she was renamed as the Phyllis Moran.
In 2010, she was acquired by the Norfolk Tug Company of Norfolk, Virginia. Where she was renamed as the Jack Holland.
Powered by two, Cummins, KTA-38M diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG540 reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.18:1. Turning two, 72(in) by 58.5(in), Nibral, five bladed, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat rated at 1,700 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, John Deere, 4045TFM75 generator sets. The tug's capacities are 18,656 gallons of fuel, 385 gallons of lube oil, and 3,500 gallons of water.
