Built in 1977, by Houma Shipbuilding Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #65) as the Olivia Hebert for Gulf International Marine Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana.
In 1980, the tug was acquired by Gulf Fleet Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Gulf Blade.
In 1985, Zapata Marine Service, Gulf Fleet Marine Incorporated, and Jackson Marine Services merged to form Zapata Gulf Marine Service Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1992, Zapata Gulf Marine Incorporated merged with Tidewater Marine Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1993, the tug was acquried by Seafarer Boat Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Robert L. Berg.
In 1995, Seafarer Boat Incorporated renamed the tug as the Capt. George.
In 2004, Seafarer Boat Incorporated renamed the tug as the Gulf Blade.
In 2013, she went out of documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown. She was a twin screw tug, rated at 2,400 horsepower.
