Built in 1970, by Universal Iron Works of Houma, Louisiana (hull #95) as the Kerry for Tidewater Marine Services of New Orleans, Louisiana.

In 1994, the tug was acquired by Charles E. Tarr of Orono, Maine. Where she was renamed as the Capricorn II.

In 1994, she was acquired by Friendship Marine Incorporated of Harvey, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Ora Lee.

In 2005, the tug was acquired by ABC Marine Towing Incorporated of Harvey, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Cory Michael.

She is a twin screw tug, rated at 800 horsepower.
