The tug was later acquired by the Campanella Corporation of Warren, Rhode Island. Where she retained her name.
She was then acquired by Hall Brothers Marine of Gloucester, Massachusetts. Where the tug retained her name.
The tug was then acquired by San Diego Barge Rentals Incorporated of National City, Calfiornia. Where she was renamed as the Matt-M.
In 1997, she was acquired by San Diego Boat Charters Incorporated of Encinitas, California. Where the tug was renamed as the Tug Jag.
In 2007, the tug was acquired by Pacific Tugboat Service Incorporated of San Diego, California. Where she was renamed as the Kodak.
She later had her name changed to Jag.
