Built in 1975, by the Louis G. Ortis Boat Company Incorporated of Krotz Springs, Louisiana (hull #18) as the Royal Street for the Schieffler Brothers Marine Transportation Company of Harvey, Louisiana

The tug was later acquired by and individual named Chad Ronsonet. Who renamed the tug as the Bayou Bandit.

She was later sold. Where the tug was renamed as the Miss Danielle.

In 1997, the tug was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Oak Eagle.

In 2007, she was acquired by the Delta Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Delta Pintail.

In 2011, the tug was acquired by the Crosby Marine Transportation of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2016, the tug was acquired by Crown Point Holdings Incorporated of Marrero, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Remy Ann.

Powered by two, Cummins NTA855 diesel engines. With Tonan reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.17:1. Turning two, 60(in) by 44(in) 5(in) Bore, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated 900 horsepower.

The tug's capacities are 7,500 gallons of fuel, 5,000 gallons of potable water, and 75 gallons of lube oil.
