The tug was later acquired by Salvor Limited of Cheboygan, Michigan. Where she retained her name.
She was then acquired by the W.M.P. Investments Company of Landsdowne, Pennsylvania. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2004, the tug was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.
In 2010, the tug was acquired by the Crosby Marine Transportation Company of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Miss Lois.
In 2012, she was acquired by J. Sercovich Incorporated of Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Where the tug was retained her name.
Powered by two, GM 8V-92 diesel engines. Turning two, stainless steel, fixed pitch propeller. She is a twin screw towboat. Rated at 900 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 30kW generator sets. The tug's capacities are 10,000 gallons of fuel oil, and 7,500 gallons of potable water.
