Built in 1944 by Jones and Laughlin Steel at New Orleans, Louisiana as the LCM(3)-type landing craft C47432 for the United States Navy.

In 1967, the vessel was acquired by the Marine Power and Equipment Company of Seattle, Washington. Where she was rebuilt as a pushboat and renamed MPE 105.

In 1995, she was acquired by the Curry Tugboat Company Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug was renamed as the Fremont 105.

In 1997, the tug was acquired by the Manson Construction Company of Seattle, Washington. Where she was renamed as the Lisa M.
