LEA MOE

Built in 1942, by the Peterson Boat Building Company of Tacoma, Washington as the Lea Moe for the Pacific Tow Boat Company of Everett, Washington.

In 1969, Pacific Tow Boat and the Foss Launch and Tug Company of Tacoma, Washington were acquired as subsidiaries of the Dillingham Corporation of Honolulu, Hawaii. Operations of the two companies were united under the Foss Launch and Tug Company name, where she retained her name.

In 1973, the tug was sold to the first of a series of individual owners, and used as a private yacht. The vessel was subsequently renamed as the Jaybe, Katherine H, Patricia Ann, John Campbell, Big Wood, and once again as the Patrcia Ann.
