Built in 1979, by the Louis G. Ortis Boat Company of Krotz Springs, Louisiana (hull #66) as the Matador IV for the Matador Service Company of St. James, Louisiana.
In 1996, the tug was acquired by the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Julie Cenac.
In 2013, the tug was acquired Settoon Towing Incorporated of Pierre Part, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Scott A. Settoon.
In 2014, Settoon Towing Incorporated renamed the tug as the Hunter A. Settoon.
In 2017, the tug was acquired by Savage Marine Services Incorporated of Salt Lake City, Utah. Where she was renamed as the Savage Pioneer.
In 2018, the tug was acquired by IntraTug (the Intracoastal Tug and Barge Company) of Maurice, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Intra Resolve.
In 2021, IntraTug (the Intracoastal Tug and Barge Company) became part of the Intra Marine Group of Lafayette, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
Powered by two, Cummins K-19 diesel engines. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 40kW, Cummins generator sets. The tug's capacities are 6,000 gallons of fuel, 150 gallons of lube oil, 100 gallons of hydraulic oil, and 4,000 gallons of potable water.
