In 1997, the tug was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Autumn Eagle.
In 2002, she was acquired by Dolbey Marine Incorporated of Salisbury, Maryland. Where the tug was renamed as the Bay Eagle.
In 2004, the tug was acquired by Settoon Towing Incorporated of Pierre Part, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Shirley P. Settoon.
In 2011, Settoon Towing Incorporated renamed the tug was the Albert J. Settoon.
Re powered in 2004, she is driven by four, Cummins NTA855 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 5:1. Turning four, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 700 horsepower.
