Built in 1991, by the Cenac Shipyard Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #10) as the Ryan Cenac for the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.

In 2000, the tug was acquired by Settoon Towing Incorporated of Pierre Part, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Alisa S. Settoon.

Powered by two, Cummins KT19-M diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG 518 reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.92:1. Turning two, 50(in) by 50(in), five bladed, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 600 horsepower.
