In 1986, the tug was acquired by the Cro Marine Corporation of Houma, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.
In 1988, she was acquired by Black Swan Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1989, the tug was acquired by the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Diane Cenac.
In 2002, she was acquired by Settoon Towing Incorporated of Pierre Part, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Parker A. Settoon.
In 2009, Settoon Towing Incorporated renamed the tug as the Seth D. Settoon.
In 2010, the tug was chartered to the Martin Midstream Partnership Incorporated of Vidor, Texas. Where she renamed as the Martin Commodore.
In 2013, she was acquired by T and M Boat Rentals Incorporated of Berwick, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Erin W.
Re powered in 2005, she is driven by two, Cummins KTA-19-M diesel engines. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,000 horsepower.
