In 1997, the tug was acquired by B.W.S. Towing Incorporated of Bourg, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Britney.
In 1999, she was acquired by Settoon Towing Incorporated of Pierre Part, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Dudley J. Settoon.
In 2010, the tug was acquired by C and G Towing Incorporated of Pierre Part, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.
In 2013, she was acquired by the Antill Pipeline Construction Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2016, the tug went out of documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown.
She was powered by a single, Cummins NTA855 diesel engine. With Twin Disc reduction gear, at a ratio of 3.5:1. Turning a single, stainless steel, fixed pitch propeller. She was a single screw tug, rated at 425 horsepower.
