Built in 1994, by Main Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #393) as the Eugenie Cenac for the Cenac Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana.

In 2004, the tug was leased by Horizon Maritime Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Lynx.

In 2005, she was returned to the Cenac Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Genie Cenac.

In 2006, the tug was acquired by the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Where she was renamed as the OLM 0032.

Powered by three, Lugger 6140 diesel engines. She is a triple screw tug, rated at 1,500 horsepower.
