In 2008, the tug was acquired by Teppco Marine Services Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.
In 2009, she was acquired by Enterprise Marine Services Incorporated of San Antonio, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Arlen B.
In 2010, Enterprise Marine Services renamed the tug as the Arlene.
Powered by two, Cummins KTA38-M2 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.39:1. Turning two, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers in kort nozzles. Constructed with a retractable wheelhouse. She is a twin screw towboat rated at 4,200 horsepower.
