Built in 1961, by Universal Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana as the M.T.V Cenac for the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.
The Cenac Towing Company later renamed the tug as the Cody Cenac.
She was then acquired by Jon A. Manafort of the Island Cove Marina at Old Saybrook, Connecticut. where the tug retained her name.
The tug was eventually acquired by Engineered Dredge and Tow Incorporated of Moodus, Connecticut. Where she was renamed as the Endruance.
She was later acquired by A.C. Marine Equipment Incorporated Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2006, she was acquired by D.R. Freed Incorporated of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Where the tug was renamed as the Cody C.
In 2009, the tug was acquired by American Marine and Construction Incorporated of Sarasota, Florida. Where she retained her name.
In 2011, she was acquired by the Old Port Saint Lucie Leasing Incorporated of Port St. Lucie, Florida. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2014, the tug was acquired by the Ferreira Construction Company Incorporated of Stuart, Florida. Where she was renamed as the Randi Girl.
She is a single screw tug, rated at 460 horsepower.
