Built in 1981, by Terrebonne Shipbuilders Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #27) as the Miss Keely for Sea Ray Marine Services Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.

In 1998, the tug was acquired by G and B Marine Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 1999, she was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Ouachita Eagle.

In 2002, the tug was acquired by Delta Towing Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Delta Mariner.

In 2011, she was acquired by Miller's Tug and Launch Incorporated of Staten Island, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Catherine C. Miller.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA 19M diesel engines. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,500 horsepower.

The tug's capacities are 20,000 gallons of fuel. And her towing equipment consists of a SMATCO DP44, side by side, double drum towing winch.
