Built in 1978, by the Rayco Shipbuilders and Repair Company (hull #64) as the Creole Janice for Hollywood Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas.

In 1990, the tug was acquired by the Monteiro Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 1997, she was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed the Rapid Eagle.

In 2001, the tug was acquired by the Delta Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Delta Pelican.

In 2010, she was acquired by Greater New York Marine Transportation Incorporated of Syossett, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Island Star.

In 2011, the tug was later acquired by Daigle Towing Services Incorporated of Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Mason Ray.

In 2014, she was acquired by IntraTug (the Intracoastal Tug and Barge Company) of Maurice, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the DMO Listo.

In 2021, the tug was transferred to the Intra Marine Group division, Intracoastal Marine Incorporated of Chesapeake, Virginia. Where she retained her name.

In 2024, Intracoastal Marine Incorporated renamed the tug as the Listo.

Powered by two, GM 12V-71 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 6:1. Turning two, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is twin screw tug, rated at 800 horsepower.
