Built in 1972 by Zigler Shipyard Incorporated of Jennings, Louisiana (hull #221) as the West Cameron for the Superior Oil Company of Houston, Texas.

In 1980, the Superior Oil Company renamed the tug as the SUPCO XV.

In 1989 the tug was acquired by Underwater Construction Incorporated of Anchorage, Alaska. Where she was renamed as the Lori Ann.

She was later acquired by Martech USA Incorporated of Anchorage, Alaska. Where she retained her name.

In 1993 she was acquired by the Wasser and Winters Company of Longview, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2008, the tug was acquired by Boyer Towing Incorporated of Ketchikan, Alaska, where she was renamed as Sonja H.

In 2020, she was acquired by Greger Pacific Marine Incorporated of Napa, California. Where the tug was renamed as the Isa.

Powered by two, Cummins K-19 diesel engines. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,150 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two generator sets. Driven by two, Detriot Diesel 3-71 diesel engines.
