In 2005, she was acquired by Northstar Marine Incorporated of Clermont, New Jersey. Where the tug was renamed as the Northstar 10.

Powered by two, Volvo D-13 500 diesel engines. with Twin Disc MG5114 DC reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.8:1. Turning two, four bladed, fixed pitch propellers, she is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by one, 30kW, Kunitz generator set, driven by a Kubota diesel engine. The tug's capacities are 2,500 gallons of fuel, 20 gallons of hydraulic oil, 8 gallons of water, and 10 gallons of sewage.
