In 1978, Gulf Mississippi Marine Incorporated became Gulf Fleet Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1985, Zapata Marine Service, Gulf Fleet Marine Incorporated, and Jackson Marine Services merged to form Zapata Gulf Marine Service Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1987, the tug was leased out. Where she was renamed as the Maverick.
In 1990, she was returned to Zapata Gulf Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Gulf Baron.
In 1990, the tug was sold. Where she was renamed as the Baron.
In 1998, she was acquired by the Bisso Towboat Company of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Jane S.
In 2022, the tug was acquired by American Tugs Incorporated of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Where she was renamed as the Ladi.
Powered by two, General Motors 16V-149TIB diesel engines. She is twin screw tug, outfitted with kort nozzles rated at 3,600 horsepower.
Her towing gear consists of a single drum, towing winch.
