Built in 2003, by Honolulu Marine Incorporated of Honolulu, Hawaii (hull #3010) as the DTK-1 for Honolulu Marine Incorporated of Honolulu, Hawaii.
In 2004, the tug was acquired by the P and R Water Taxi Company of Honolulu, Hawaii. Where she was renamed as the Noio.
In 2021, the was acquired by the Curtin Maritime Corporation of Long Beach, California. Where she was rebuilt, and renamed as the Marley C.
Powered by two, Tier III compliant, John Deere 6135 diesel engines. With Twin Disc 514C reduction gears, at a ratio of 3.5:1. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 950 horsepower.
The tug's capacities are 1,000 gallons of fuel, and 100 gallons of water.
Her towing equipment consists of two, hydraulic, Pullmaster M12 winches. Outfitted with Turbo, 0.75(in) line. As well as a Pullmaster M18 winch outfitted with Turbo, 0.75(in) line.
