Built in 1991, by Houma Marine Fabricators Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #4) as the Oaklawn for Seacor Marine LLC. of Morgan City, Louisiana.

In 2007, the vessel was acquired by International Marine Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Int'l Clipper.

In 2007, she was acquired by Alliance Offshore LLC. of Larose, Louisiana. Where the vessel retained her name.

In 2011, Alliance Offshore LLC. renamed the vessel as the Clipper.

In 2013, she was acquired by Yellow Fin Marine Services LLC. of Gray, Louisiana. Where the vessel was renamed as the K-Marine X.

In 2022, the vessel was acquired by P and R Water Taxi Company of Honolulu, Hawaii. Where she was renamed as the Nehu. And was converted for use as a towing vessel, as well as an Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV).

Powered by two, Caterpillar 3512 diesel engines. Turning two, 81(in), four bladed, fixed pitch propellers. As well as a 250 horsepower bow thruster. She is a twin screw vessel, rated at 4,400 horsepower.
