Built in 1965, by St. Louis Shipbuilding Incorporated of St. Louis, Missouri (hull #2287) as the O.H. Ingram for the Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee.

The tug was later leased out, where she was renamed as the Miss Olivia.

In 1989, the tug was returned to the Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee. Where she was renamed as the Ocie Clark.

In 2023, she was acquired by Terral Riverservice Incorporated of Lake Providence, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, GM 16-645E5 diesel engines. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 4,800 horsepower.
