Built in 2009, by Eymard Marine Construction and Repair Company Incorporated (hull #105) as the Caleb J. Eymard for the Eymard Marine Construction and Repair Company Incorporated of Harvey, Louisiana.

In 2009, the tug was later acquired by Crosby Marine Transportation of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Webb Crosby.

In 2012, she was acquired by Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug was renamed as the Trigger.

Named for actor Leonard “Roy Rogers” Franklin Slye's horse, Trigger. Who starred alongside "Roy Rogers" in in numerous films and television shows.

In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA 38M diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 6:1. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 3,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 60kW Iveco generator sets. The tug's capacities are 20,000 gallons of fuel oil, and 6,000 gallons potable water.
