Built in 2002, by Marco Shipbuilding Incorporated of Seattle, Washington (hull #485) as the Millennium Dawn for Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington.

In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, Caterpillar 3516B diesel engines. With Ulstein 1650H z-drives, at a ratio of 6.42:1. Outfitted with two, 94.5(in), four bladed Ni-Al bronze propellers. She is a twin screw tractor tug, rated at 4,400 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 105kW generator sets. Driven by two, Caterpillar 3304 BT diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 91,000 gallons of fuel, 7,000 gallons of water, 1,200 gallons of lube oil, and 450 gallons of hydraulic oil.

The towing gear consists of a Burrard, double drum, towing winch. Outfitted with 2,200(ft) of 2.25(in) towing wire on the both drums, mounted on her stern. And, a Burrard, bow winch, outfitted with 600(ft) of 9(in) hawser, mounted on her bow.
