Built in 1932, by Great Lakes Engineering Works of River Rouge, Michigan (hull #280) as the Dearborn for the Ford Motor Company of Dearborn, Michigan.
The tug was later sold, where she was renamed as the Milwaukee.
She was eventually acquired Interstate Oil Transport of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Where she was renamed as the Interstate.
In 1994, the tug was abandoned in Baltimore, Maryland.
