In 2011, the tug was acquired by Genesis Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Capt. Kirk Colletti.
Originally powered by two, Caterpillar 3512B diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears at ratio of 5.4:1. For a rated 2,600 horsepower.
She was later re powered with two, Cummins QSK 38 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 7.22:1. Turning two, 82(in) by 69(in), stainless steel, fixe pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat rated at 2,600 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two 99kW generator sets. Driven by two, Cummins diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 37,000 gallons of fuel.
