In 2011, the tug was acquired by Genesis Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Capt. Marvin Reed.
In 2014, Genesis Marine Incorporated renamed the tug as the Natchez Express.
Powered by two, Cummins QSK 38 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 7.22:1. Turning two, 84(in) by 72(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers, with flanking rudders. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 2,600 horsepower.
