Founded in 1988, Andrie Incorporated is based in Muskegon, Michigan. The company acquired the bulk of their equipment from Canonie Transportation of Muskegon, Michigan.

The company services the Great Lakes and ventures from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean, and from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico. Andrie Incorporated also maintains a division dedicated to "jack-up" barge services.

Andrie Incorporated also manages and operate towing vessels for companies such as the Occidental Chemical Corporation, and LaFarge North America Incorporated.

The Andrie Specialized Division. Charters equipment for the marine environment including Jack-Up Barges, Tug Boats, Crew Boats, Cranes, Generators, Light Plants, as well as the specialized workforce to complete and maintain marine projects.
